To provide an excretion treatment device which can treat excretion without flowing back the urine from a socket even when a user urinates lying on his/her back, and whose socket can easily fit to the penis and a housing bag.

The socket comprises a pinching part and a penis surrounding part. The pinching part is formed by connecting one end parts of a pair of right and left pinching pieces, curved right and left end parts of the penis surrounding part are respectively connected to the other ends, its vertical width is formed narrower than that of the pinching part, the size of the opening can be formed changeable, the housing bag is inserted through the opening part of the socket, the upper end part with opened end is turned back to cover and be fitted on the socket, the right and left pinching pieces pinches and engages a part of the housing bag together with closing motion of the pinching part pressing and closing right and left pinching pieces, the penis surrounding part surrounds about the tip end part of the stem part of the penis in the opening part to close the opening part, and the excreted urine is stored in the housing bag.
