Leaked water in the period before the concrete for the underground structural body is placed or during the concrete placing is pumped with the grouting hose, the hose is used as a driving channel after the concrete is completely placed to drain out the leaked water, and after the strength of the concrete is revealed, the cut-off grout is grouted through the grouting hose.
