Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an execution method for an upper layer roadbed and an upper layer roadbed material capable of processing general burned ash, preventing the elution of the noxious component contained in the burned ash, and effectively utilizing asphalt wastes, i.e., industrial wastes.
SOLUTION: Burned ash of general wastes, an asphalt emulsion, and a proper quantity of water are at least mixed, dried and crushed. A granular material with the grain size of about 5 mm, a crushed material of asphalt wastes with the grain size ≤40 mm, general reproduced crushed stones, cement and some water not to scatter cement are mixed at a mixing plant fixed at a prescribed position in this central plant system to form an upper layer roadbed material. The mixture, i.e., upper layer roadbed material, is conveyed to an execution position for execution.
