Abstract:
To provide an exercise aid for allowing a user to train exercise, for causing a right arm and a left arm to perform different motion from each other.SOLUTION: There is provided an exercise aid which is formed of a plurality of tools comprising different shaped grooves on a surface thereof, respectively. A user moves each fingertip on a right arm side and on a left arm side, in the groove on the surface of the exercise aid, along the groove, using the tools; therefore, it is possible to cause the right arm and the left arm to perform different motion from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
