To detect the health condition of a user while the user is taking daily actions in a house, and to provide prescription for exercise suitable for the user's health condition.
A sensor part 1 is disposed on the floor or a handrail in the house for detecting the daily actions of the user without being attached to the user. The output data of the sensor part 1 are transferred to a server 2 via a communication network 5, and a health condition estimating part 2b in the server 2 estimates the health condition of the user based on the output data of the sensor part 1. The server 2 has an exercise prescription providing part 2c for providing the user with the prescription for exercise suitable for the user according to the health condition estimated by the health condition estimating part 2b. The prescription for exercise provided by the exercise prescription providing part 2c can be displayed in a display part 6a, and can be used for the control data of an exercise assistant device 3.
