Abstract:
To provide an exercise learning facility for improving a danger avoidance/coping ability in daily life, capable of preventing unexpected falling in a daily life, preventing a damage to a body even when a user overturns, or minimizing a damage to the body when the user overturns.SOLUTION: There is provided an exercise learning facility 100 for improving a danger avoidance/coping ability in a daily life comprising: a facility fixing part 110 which is positioned above the head of a facility user when the exercise learning facility for improving a danger avoidance/coping ability is installed at a prescribed place; and a balance loss state common sensation exercise learning part 120 which is suspended from the facility fixing part, and maintains the user's body in an unbalanced state in any state where a balance of a body posture of the user is intendedly lost. The facility allows the user to repeatedly practice a pseudo experience of a step reaching to overturn in unexpected various formats in a daily life of the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
