Physical information and a daily activity index input by a user are acquired (Step S10) and a BMI index is calculated (Step S14). The user's allowable exercise level is determined from the daily activity index and BMI index (Step S16) and exercise menu candidates appropriate for the user's allowable exercise level are selected (Step S18).
