Abstract:
To provide an exercise support system capable of reducing the likelihood that a user suffers heatstroke by equipment control based on heatstroke risk degree of the user.SOLUTION: An exercise support system 1 includes: an ergometer 200; an air conditioner 100 sending the conditioned air to the ergometer 200; a display 20 provided between the ergometer 200 and the air conditioner 100; and a control unit 30 integrally controlling the ergometer 200, the air conditioner 100 and the display 20. The ergometer 200 has: a temperature sensor 210; a humidity sensor 220; and a wind velocity sensor 230. The control unit 30 is provided with: a temperature sensor 210; and a heatstroke risk degree estimation part 36 estimating the heatstroke risk degree based on information measured by the humidity sensor 220 and the wind velocity sensor 230.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
