To restrain remarkable electric power consumption when using a plasma generator.
Since electric power is supplied to the plasma generator (a purifying vessel 10) by converting heat energy of exhaust gas into electric power by a thermal power generating set 60 as an exhaust heat/electric converter, the remarkable electric power consumption when using the plasma generator, can be restrained by effectively using exhaust energy.
