To provide an exhaust emission control structure of a motorcycle for purifying exhaust gas emitted from a multi-cylinder engine without deteriorating an engine output.

In this exhaust structure, exhaust pipes 1 of the multi-cylinder engine are collected into collecting pipes 2 and combined into one pipe so as to release the gas to the atmosphere. Branch exhaust passages 4 are formed at a front part 21 of the collecting pipes 2, and tubular branch pipes 7 carrying a catalyst 6 on entire inner and outer peripheries are installed in the branch exhaust passages 4, respectively. A tubular combined pipe 11 carrying the catalyst 10 on entire inner and outer peripheries is installed to a combined exhaust passage 8 downstream of the collecting pipes 2, so as to purify the exhaust gas by a two-stage catalyst system of the branch pipe 7 at the front and the combined pipe 11 at the rear part in the collecting pipes 2.
