To provide an exhaust facility for collective housing capable of surely preventing back-flow of odor to each home unit by preventing running-out of seal water caused by drying and the like of a trap portion at a lower portion of a collective exhaust pipe, and keeping an inner face of the collective exhaust pipe clean.

In this exhaust facility of the collective housing 10 wherein the shared collective exhaust pipe 22 exclusively used for exhaust to collect and discharge the exhaust gas from each of home units 14, is vertically arranged over every floor of a building, an upper part of the collective exhaust pipe 22 is opened to the atmosphere, and the exhaust gas is discharged to the outside through the opening portion 23, a lower portion of the collective exhaust pipe 22 is connected to a drain pipe 18 through a trap portion 24 holding the seal water to prevent the back-flow, and the collective exhaust pipe 22 is provided with a water supply portion 40 supplying sealing water to the trap portion 24.
