Abstract:

To liquefy a zinc gas and a zinc chloride gas included in a reaction exhaust gas while suppressing additional reaction, and to separately recover two liquids.

A body part 10 with a tilt angle of 10-30 degrees is filled with a liquid zinc of 450-550°C. When a gas outlet 12 side is evacuated by a vacuum pump, a level difference is caused between the liquid level of the liquid zinc on the gas inlet 11 side and that on the gas outlet 12 side, and the exhaust gas is taken in from the gas inlet 11. The zinc gas and the zinc chloride gas included in the exhaust gas are mixed with the liquid zinc to be quickly cooled and condensed when passed inside the liquid zinc. The liquefied zinc is recovered from a basin 20, while the liquefied zinc chloride is recovered from a liquid discharge port 21.
