Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas measuring system that can find with accuracy the continuous mass value of a specific component obtained by multiplying the concentration of the specific component by the flow rate of an exhaust gas in real time.
SOLUTION: This exhaust gas measuring system is constituted to find the mass of the specific component contained in the exhaust gas G based on the concentration of the specific component and the flow rate of the exhaust gas G. After finding in advance the response functions of a concentration measuring instrument 18 which measures the concentration of the specific component and a flow-rate measuring instrument 19 which measures the flow rate of the exhaust gas G, this measuring system finds the input signals of the instruments 18 and 19 by de-convoluting the output signals and response functions of the instruments 18 and 19 and the mass of the specific component based on the input signals.
