Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the dispersion of EGR gas amount of each cylinder, by placing a duplex tube in an intake manifold, and forming an inner hole at a position corresponding to each cylinder in an inner tube which is connected with an EGR pipe and an outer hole at a position corresponding to the inner hole in an outer tube which is attached to the inner tube such that it can slide.
SOLUTION: Because duplex tube 3 changes positioning relation between an outer hole 320 and an inner hole 310 by rotating an outer tube 32 in relation with a fixed inner tube 31, opening area of an exhaust gas nozzle 30 can be changed. Fine adjustment of EGR gas amount can be performed. When EGR gas 8 is supplied, a stepping motor 6 is rotated to fit the inner hole 310 to the outer hole 320. Therefore, each exhaust gas nozzle 30 is formed at a position corresponding to each cylinder 40, and EGR gas 8 can be exhausted in the condition that relative dispersion for each cylinder 40 is small.
