Abstract:

To restrain variation of a gas-turbine exhaust gas temperature and minimize reduction of an evaporation amount during load reduction, by adjusting a gas turbine exhaust gas amount returned to a compressor inlet in order to restrain reduction of the gas-turbine exhaust gas temperature following the load reduction of a combined plant.

In a combined cycle plant consisting of a gas turbine 3, an exhaust heat recovery boiler 4, and a steam turbine 5, electric power is determined by using a fuel amount control valve 7 for controlling a fuel amount injected into a combustor 2 and a recirculation amount controlling means 10 as operation ends, and by adjusting opening by a total controlling device 8. In this total controlling device 8, a function generator FG1 derives an output signal S1 according to a load requiring signal Ld, and a function generator FG2 estimates a combustion temperature from an exhaust gas temperature and a compressor outlet pressure. The output signal S1 is modified from the estimated value, and based on the modified output signal, the recirculation amount controlling means 10 is controlled through an adjuster PI3.
