Abstract:
To provide an exhaust heat utilization system capable of efficiently recovering much of energy used in a factory and of bringing the generation amount of carbon dioxide gas causing global warming close to zero.SOLUTION: The exhaust heat utilization system includes a heat pump 1 for increasing the temperature level of water to be a heat source, a vaporizer 20 for generating vacuum steam using high temperature water the temperature level of which is increased, as a heat source, a low pressure steam compressor 30 for applying adiabatic compression to the vacuum steam to form low pressure steam the temperature level of which is increased, a low pressure accumulator 10 (10a) for storing the low pressure steam, a medium pressure steam compressor 31 for applying adiabatic compression to the low pressure steam to form medium pressure steam the temperature level of which is higher, a medium pressure accumulator 10 (10b) for storing the medium pressure steam, and a medium pressure steam supply line 32 for supplying the medium pressure steam stored in the medium pressure accumulator to the low pressure accumulator when the pressure of the low pressure accumulator is a predetermined pressure or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
