Abstract:
To provide an exhaust structure of an engine which enables an exhaust manifold connected to an exhaust port of a front exhaust engine to be arranged without affecting the engine food height, the height of a centroid of a power unit, and the oil capacity to protect an exhaust emission control device from heat damage.SOLUTION: An exhaust structure of an engine includes: a front exhaust engine 7 provided with an exhaust port 7a which is open to a front side X1 in a vehicle fore and aft direction X; an exhaust emission control device 14 disposed rearward of the engine 7 in the vehicle fore and aft direction X; and an exhaust manifold 12 which allows the exhaust port 7a and the exhaust emission control device 14 to communicate with each other. The exhaust manifold 12 is arranged so as to extend from the exhaust port 7a, pass through the side of the engine 7 in a vehicle width direction Y, and reach the exhaust emission control device 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
