Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent exhaust drain water from being scattered to the outside of an outdoor unit.
SOLUTION: The exhaust top 31 for outdoor unit comprises an outer tube 33 into which exhaust gas can be introduced, an inner tube 36 secured to the inner surface of the outer tube at an upper part thereof and can discharge exhaust gas, an inner drain pan 35 which can store exhaust drain water, i.e., condensate of exhaust gas, and an outer drain pan 34 secured to the outer surface of the outer tube at an upper part thereof and can store exhaust drain water wherein exhaust drain water in the inner and outer drain pans is introduced into the outer tube. The inner drain pan is located lower than the lower edge 46A of an outer drain outlet 46 made in the outer tube in order to introduce exhaust drain water in the outer drain pan 34.
