PURPOSE: To provide a tank for liquefied food, free of the risk that food remains in the exhaust pipe.

CONSTITUTION: A flange part 3 is formed at the end part periphery of the exhaust hole 2 of a tank 1 for liquefied food, and a recessed step 11 is formed on the bore of the end part of the exhaust hole, and hopout part 12 to be engaged by the recessed step is formed at the end of a cylindrical joint 4 having the same inner diameter as the exhaust hole. A threaded part 5 is formed on the periphery of the joint, and a ring-shaped groove 6 is formed approx. in the center of the butting surface which confronts the exhaust hole end face of the joint, and a packing 7 is engaged by this groove. The exhaust hole is coupled with the joint by fastening a cap nut 8 to the flange part of the exhaust hole and the threaded part of the joint from their peripheries, and a pipe for exhausting 10 is coupled with the other end of the joint, and the liquefied food is prevented from remaining in the packing when the liquefied food is exhausted from the tank.
