Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the winding work by providing boards, which are respectively formed of strip plate made of the flexible synthetic resin and which are connected to each other at an adjacent side edge thereof at the time of spirally winding, and a strip reinforcing member for holding the curved condition in the longitudinal direction with the boards, and installing the reinforcing member from one surface of the board.
SOLUTION: A board 11, which is spirally wound, is led into a manhole, and inserted between a driving roller and a guide roller of a pipe manufacturing machine, and a reinforcing member 12 in the condition that it is drawn from the coil-like wound condition is inserted into a recessed groove 11g for reinforcing member of the board 11. The board 11 is spirally wound with the reinforcing member 12 along the outside of the guide roller, and a fitting projection 11e of other board 11 is fitted in a socket 11c of the adjacent board 11, and while a tip of an oblique locking rib lid is locked with a tip of an adjacent reinforcing rib 11h, and a profile 10 is formed into a spiral pipe. The board 11 is pushed to the inner peripheral surface of a box culvert at a smaller curvature radius by the reinforcing member 12, and easily handled.
