Abstract:
To efficiently collect exosome by a large amount.SOLUTION: An exosome extraction method comprises: a rough filtration step for filtering liquid including exosome by a first filter 4 which has a hole diameter at which the exosome can pass and cells cannot pass, and then storing the liquid in a first storage part 3; a concentrating step for applying a pressure to an inside of the first storage part 3 and pressure feeding the liquid stored in the first storage part 3 to a filtration front chamber 6a of a second filter 6 having a hole diameter at which the exosome cannot pass, and filtering the moisture in the liquid to a filtration rear chamber 6b, and returning the liquid including the exosome which is not filtered to the first storage part 3, thereby increasing concentration of the exosome in the liquid for performing extraction; and a sterilization filtration step for filtering concentrated liquid including the exosome in the first storage part 3 by a third filter having a hole diameter at which the exosome can pass and bacteria cannot pass, for feeding the liquid to recovery means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
