Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the gasket material in a sheet form excellent in mechanical strength, rigidity, heat resistance and sealability.
CONSTITUTION: The objective gasket material can be obtained by (1) cladding expanded graphite sheets 1 on both sides of a material prepared by impregnating a glass cloth 2 laminate with a resin followed by (2) hot press molding.
