Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent rising of the corner parts constituting the side wall of a fluid storing tank from heat insulating members due to the load acted after heat shrinkage by the fluid pressure and the internal pressure of the tank, by constituting the corner parts of the side wall of the tank by a combination of flat plates and corrugated member. CONSTITUTION:All of corner parts (g) are of a square corner structure with an angle of 45 deg., which is constituted by a combination of flat plates and corrugated members (a), (b). Therefore, if membrane fixing means (c), (c') are attached on folding lines folded at the angle of 45 deg., any plates located at the side part (e), bottom part (f) and corner part (g) of the membrane can be prevented from coming out of heat insulating members (d).
