Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve propulsion speed of a stirring shaft (stirring rod) by a leader, to shorten the leader so as to reduce an assembling time at site, to eliminate and a height work and to dispense with disassembling movement.
SOLUTION: Leaders 2, 3 of the upper and lower steps is expandable on one straight line by a built-in hydraulic cylinder 1, the lower step leader 3 is supported with a supporting body 4, the upper end part of a guide rod 5 in parallel with the leader 2 is supported with the upper end part of the upper step leader 2, an engaging metal fitting 5 provided on the lower end part of the guide rod 5 is slidably engaged with a leading guide 7 provided on the lower step leader 3, the end part of a chain 9 laid around small sprockets 8, 8' provided on the upper and lower ends of the guide rod 5 is connected to a stopper 6'' provided on the upper end part of the lower step leader 3, and the rotationally moving machine box 10 of a stirring shaft 11 is connected to the chain 9 and slidably engaged along the guide rod 5. The upper step leader 2 can be housed in the lower step leader 3 by the hydraulic cylinder 1, and the rotationally moving machine box 10 is formed so as to descend along the guide rod 5 by the rotationally movable chain 9.
