Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion structure that allows an interior space to be used more effectively.SOLUTION: An expansion structure relating to an aspect of the present invention includes a plurality of unit structural parts having a rectangular structure. Sides of the plurality of unit structural parts are connected to each other, and each of the plurality of unit structural parts includes four rod materials that constitute four sides of each unit structural part and having their ends connected movably to each other, a plurality of string-like elastic members disposed on each unit structural part, and a rigid member connecting the plurality of elastic members so as to generate tensile force in directions of two diagonals of the rectangular structure from the plurality of elastic members. Each unit structural part is configured so that an expanded state of each of the unit structural parts is maintained by a balance between the tensile force in the two diagonal directions of the rectangular structure generating from the plurality of elastic members, thus enabling an interior space to be formed by the plurality of unit structural parts. The unit structural part is also configured to be foldable, by changing an angle between the adjacent rod materials when resisting the tensile force of the plurality of elastic members.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
