The expansion suppressing member 9 is arranged outside the diametric direction of the green tube when the green tube 7 is set to the shaping ring 5 of the shaping machine 1 to be shaped by the injection of air in the green tube 7 to suppress the expansion of the green tube 7 toward the outside in the diametric direction of the green tube 7.
