To provide a technique which can suppress the occurrence of a ghost, in an exposure head in which a light-transmissive substrate is arranged between an organic EL and a light shielding member.
The exposure head includes: a silicon substrate on which the organic EL and a sealing member for sealing the organic EL are arranged; the light-transmissive substrate which covers the organic EL and the sealing member on the silicon substrate and transmits light emitted by the organic EL; a light shielding member in which holes are arranged. each of the holes having an opening part opened to the organic EL and allowing the light transmitted by the light-transmissive substrate and made incident on the opening part from the organic EL to pass, and in which the opening parts are arranged on the inside of the silicon substrate in such a manner that the opening part becomes smaller than the silicon substrate as viewed from the direction of the holes; and an optical system which image-forms the light passing through the holes of the light-shielding member.
