PURPOSE: To improve the safety by providing in parallel plural projecting parts at an interval so as to go along both blade edges on a guard and an inserting and attaching part provided on a cover of the front side being near thereto.

CONSTITUTION: In the front side edge of a blade base, a guard 3 is formed. In the blade base, a pair of front and rear blade body placing parts are formed along the guard, and a pair of front and rear blade bodies 6, 7 are placed thereon. A cover 8 is provided with a pair of front and rear inserting and attaching parts 10, 11 racked and provided between the left and the right frame parts 9, and on the lower side, plural detaining shafts are provided in parallel to each other. Both the blade bodies are inserted and attached between the blade body placing part and both the inserting and attaching parts by the detaining shaft. Between the guard and the front side blade body placing part being near thereto and between both the blade body placing parts, plural connecting parts are provided in parallel at an interval so as to go along the blade edge, and the part between each connecting part becomes mustache refuse removal holes 13, 15. In the guard, and in the front side inserting and attaching part 10 being near the guard, plural projecting parts 16 and the plural projecting parts 17 are provided, continuously from each connecting part, and in the upper part of the connecting part, respectively at an interval so as to go along the blade edge, respectively. At the time of use, the blade edge and each projecting part come into contact with the skin, and in the projecting part and its vicinity, penetration of the blade edge to the skin is relaxed.
