Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a squeezing device which improves safety by preventing a user from unexpectedly touching a rotating object.SOLUTION: A squeezing device 1 comprises: a device body 3 including a motor 2; and a squeezing part 5 that is connected to the device body 3 via the motor 2 and a drive shaft 4. The squeezing part 5 includes: a cylindrical portion 12 in which a screw body 16 coupled to the drive shaft 4 is mounted; a squeezing cap 15 cutting an object to be squeezed in a tip of the screw body 16 in an extrusion direction; an opening 12A that is provided in the cylindrical portion 12 by opening a screw in the extrusion direction; and a cover member 17 which is provided in the opening 12A so as to be freely opened/closed. The squeezing device 1 also comprises detection means 41 for detecting attachment/detachment of the squeezing cap 15, and when the detection means 41 detects that the squeezing cap 15 is not mounted at a predetermined position in the device body 3, the motor 2 is made inactive.
