PURPOSE: To properly change the distance between a rolled steel sheet and a spray port and to effectively remove scale by changing the screwing depth of a fixed adaptor or the screwing depth of a tip assembly to an extension adaptor.
CONSTITUTION: The extension adaptor 10 consists of an extension sleeve 11 connected to the fixed adaptor 20 and the main body 12 of the extension adaptor with which the fixed adaptor is surrounded. The upstream end side of the extension sleeve 11 is mounted while being screwed to the downstream end side of the fixed adaptor 20 which is directly attached to a supply header 21. And, the downstream end part of a strainer assembly 40 is mounted to the upstream end part of the extension sleeve 11. When liquid or water is supplied into the supply header 21, the liquid or water is spraied from the spray port 41 of the tip assembly 30 through the fixed adaptor 40 from the strainer assembly 40 and the flow passage 16 of the extension adaptor 10. At this time, by changing the screwing depth of the fixed adaptor 20 or the screwing depth of the tip assembly 30 to the extension adaptor 10, the distance between the rolled steel sheet and the spray port 41 is properly changed.
