Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an extension forming device capable of applying extension forming to even a material to be extension-formed provided with a comparatively small opening part.
CONSTITUTION: The extension forming device equipped with a pair of rolls 4, 4 for extension forming fitted in the opening part (o) of the material X to be extension-formed and to apply the extension forming by expanding a gap compulsorily, and a forming material holding means 3 which holds the material X to be extension-formed between the rolls 4, 4 is used. The extension forming is performed gradually by the rolls 4, 4 for extension forming as reciprocating the material X to be extension-formed in the longitudinal direction.
