To wind an electric wire so as not to damage a projecting part and so as not to leave a row interval so much when arranged winding is performed by winding the electric wire having a projection round a winding barrel part after being guided by this by inserting it into a plastic guide pipe, and preventing contact of mutual electric wires having projections.
A plastic guide pipe 4 is formed so that a wire can be optionally inserted even when a winding thickness is changed after a half-split or a notch is formed. Its tip is obliquely cut, and a cut end 4a is opposed to a winding barrel part 6a of a winding drum 6, and therefore, rolling-in at winding time to the winding barrel part 6a of an electric wire 1 having a projection can be prevented. In the plastic guide pipe 4, the cut end 4a side is contacted with the winding barrel part 6a, and is run along a previously wound electric wire part, and a separate interval can be set by a thickness quantity of the pipe itself to a now winding electric wire part, and therefore, they can be wound so that projecting parts of both electric wire parts do not contact with each other.
