Abstract:
To solve a problem that, since materials to be treated are heated to high temperature not lower than 800°C and exhausted to an exhaust port at temperature of several hundreds °C, there exists a fear of the generation of a very small amount of dioxin due to a de novo synthesis.
Cooling water is introduced to a retort 7 in the vicinity of the exhaust port 11 to rapidly cool the materials to be treated at 200°C or lower.
