Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to suppress attachment of rain-water to a camera provided at rear part of a housing of an outside mirror device.SOLUTION: An outside mirror device 30 includes: a housing 40 provided at a side face of a vehicle and open toward backward of the vehicle; a mirror housed in the opening of the housing 40; and a camera 32 provided at the housing 40 for acquiring information outside the vehicle. The camera 32, on the basis of a state seen from behind the vehicle, is positioned behind a border line L which is the border of the housing 40. To the housing 40, a separation part 60 is provided which is formed unevenly for separating air flowing over the surface of the housing 40. The separation part 60 is at a same position with the camera 32 in a direction along the border line L but positioned in front of the border line L.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
