PURPOSE: To obtain an external preparation for skin showing synergistic effect, blended with a bonded complex of an α-hydroxy acid effective for improving aging symptoms and retinol or a bonded complex of astaxanthin effective for preventing light aging of skin and an α-hydroxy acid.
CONSTITUTION: This external preparation for skin mixed with one or more selected from the group consisting of a complex of formula I (R1 to R3 are each H, an alkyl, allyl, an aryl, carboxyl, a carboxyalkyl or retinol and a phosphoric diester, a complex of formula II of an α-hydroxy acid retinol and a pyrophosphoric diester, a complex of formula III of an α-hydroxy acid, retinol and a sulfuric diester, a complex of formula IV of an α-hydroxy acid, retinol and a sulfuric diester, a complex of formula V of an α-hydroxy acid, astaxanthin and a phosphoric diester and a complex of formula VI of an α- hydroxy acid, astaxanthin and a sulfuric diester.
