The objective preparation capable of comprehensively improving symptom such as atopic dermatitis comprises 0.0001-2wt.% adrenal cortices hormone agent, 0.001-50wt.% sterilizing and antiseptic agent for external skin [or 10-7-10wt.% peptide of the formula (obtained according to the gazette of WO96/12732)], 0.1-99.8wt.% vitamin E, 0.1-99.8wt.% squalane and further at least one kind of promoter of percutaneous absorption (e.g. the one selected from an N-acylsarcosine, a higher fatty acid ester of a 10-18C higher fatty acid and a 1-20C alcohol, a hydroxycarboxylic acid ester of a 3-6C hydroxycarboxylic acid and a 1-20C alcohol, a fatty acid ethanolamide, etc.).
