To provide an extra fine coaxial cable assembly improving workability by easily adjusting a cable pulling out position CT while a plurality of extra fine coaxial cables are kept the same length.
A first substrate 5 has a plurality of first central conductor wire connection parts 29 installed in parallel in a first direction orthogonal to the width of the substrate. A plurality of extra fine coaxial cables 3 are arranged in parallel at the same length and terminals on one end are connected to each first central conductor wire connection part 29. A second substrate 7 arranges in parallel in the first direction; a plurality of second central conductor connecting parts 31 connected to terminals on the other end of part of a plurality of the extra fine coaxial cables 3 and a plurality of third central conductor connection parts 33 connected to the rest of the terminals of a plurality of extra fine coaxial cables 3 deviated in a second direction which is in parallel to the substrate width from the positions of the second central conductor connecting parts 31. A bundled cable part 11 is composed so that when a plurality of the extra fine coaxial cables 3 are bundled, the position of the central axis of the bundled part is deviated to an end edge side from the central axis of the substrate width of the first substrate 5.
