PURPOSE: To aim at the promotion of damage prevention and speediness in motion, by lifting up one end of a bar body to be conveyed by a conveyor, from a lower part with a flexible elastic guide roll, while pressing it to a rotating roll at an upper part, and constituting the bar body so as to be extracted in the axial direction in cooperation with both these rolls.

CONSTITUTION: When a conveyor 6 has carried a bar body 7 subject to being extracted up to the specified position, an air cylinder 8 operates, lifting a slider 9 upward via a rod 8a, and an end part 7a of the bar body 7 is fitted in a V-groove 11a of a guide roller 11. And, further it moves upward, making this end part 7a contact with a rotating roll 14, thus operation of the cylinder 8 is stopped. Under this state, the bar body 7 is moved in the axial direction by the guide roll 11 and the rotating roll 14, and it is extracted from the conveyor 6 and housed in a receiving box 16. With this constitution, it is extractable speedily without entailing any damage.
