Abstract:

PURPOSE: To efficiently extract and separate objective high-concn. matter to be extracted by using two or more kinds of mixed supercritical fluids (solvent) different in critical pressure and performing extraction of substance to be extracted and gasifying the extracted fluid in order of the degree of critical pressure in the plurality of separation tanks.

CONSTITUTION: In the case of using supercritical fluid, extracting and separating the objective components from a mixture incorporating a plurality of components, the objective components are separated by using two or more kinds of mixed supercritical fluids (for example supercritical fluid of carbon dioxide and ethylene) different in critical pressure and extracting components in an extraction tank 9 and gasifying the extracted fluid in order of the degree of critical pressure in the plurality of separation tanks 12, 14. In other words, extraction velocity can be raised by using a plurality of supercritical fluids (solvent) and utilizing equibrium relation of the substance solubility for respective solvents and furthermore high-purity extract can be obtained even when amount of the substance is little such as in a biomass aq. solution.
