Abstract:
To provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a sheet for an extraction bag with a simple and compact configuration.SOLUTION: Each face of a rotating body 12 presenting a regular square prism shape is used as a work table W, and each work table W is provided with a tag holding part 14. The rotating body 12 is intermittently rotated by 90 degrees to be stopped at first to fourth stop positions. A tag T is supplied to the tag holding part 14 at the first stop position, a yarn S is attached to the tag T by using a horn 22 at the second stop position, and the yarn S is cut at the downstream side of the tag holding part 14. While moving from the second stop position to the third stop position, the tag holding part 14 is rotated around an axis thereof, and the yarn S is pulled out from a yarn supply part 25 by the rotation of the rotating body 12 and the tensile force by the rotation of the tag holding part 14. While moving from the third stop position to the fourth stop position, the tag holding part 14 is rotated around an axis thereof, and the cut yarn S is wound around a pin 14A. At the fourth stop position, the tag T and the yarn S are attached to a sheet F by using horns 26 and 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
