To provide an extruder nozzle capable of producing a konjak food excellent in texture, having various shapes and color tones without changing nozzles, by connecting a flexible hollow tube to an insertion hole formed at a die base to be fixed to a discharge opening of an extruder.
This nozzle is obtained by connecting one or plural flexible hollow pipes 1 different in inner diameter to insertion holes 3 formed at a die base 2 to be fitted to a discharge opening of an extruder. The tip parts of the plural flexible hollow pies 1 in the nozzles of the extruders for a konjak are fixed to the extruder so as to be approximately brought into contact mutually and the konjak is extruded from the extruder through the hollow pipes 1. Consequently, the extruded filamentous konjak is rotated in a spiral way, dropped into warm water while being mutually entangled, heated and solidified, cut into proper length/separated to preferably produce a thin string-like food of konjak.
