Abstract:
To provide an extrusion device and a temperature control method thereof that simplifies temperature control, saves space, and lowers manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: The extrusion device is equipped with a temperature control section that adjusts the temperature of the heat medium fluid, a predetermined device that is located downstream of the extruder that melts and kneads the predetermined material and is connected to the temperature control section and heated by the heat medium fluid delivered from the temperature control section, a gear pump that is connected to the predetermined device, has a gear shaft that is heated by the heat medium fluid delivered from the predetermined device and a bearing that receives the gear shaft, and boosts the pressure of the predetermined material melted and kneaded by the extruder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
