Abstract:
To provide an extrusion molding apparatus for a bead reinforced rubber that can sufficiently suppress occurrence of a curl with respect to all rubbers having different viscosities and can improve productivity.SOLUTION: The extrusion molding apparatus for the bead reinforced rubber that extrudes rubber to mold the bead reinforced rubber having a substantially triangular cross section shape comprises: an extruder for extruding the rubber; and a die plate located downstream of the extruder and for extruding the rubber into a substantially triangular shape, wherein the die plate has a rubber inlet port for receiving the rubber fed from the extruder, a rubber outlet port having an opening with a substantially triangular shape, and a rubber flow passage for connecting the rubber inlet port and rubber outlet port, and delay processing for decreasing the flow rate of the rubber and delaying the extrusion of the rubber is performed on a wide side of the rubber outlet port of at least a part of the rubber flow passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
