Title:
EXTRUSION MOLDING BOARD REINFORCED WITH FIBER YARN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0642169
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To eliminate corrosion with elapse of time and prevent fall-off at the time of cracking by embedding spun fiber yarns inside of a cement extrusion molding board having a dovetail groove in the rear surface, which is used for an external wall and the like of a building.

CONSTITUTION: Inside of a cement extrusion molding board having a dovetail groove in the rear surface, spun yarns 4 comprising cotton yarns, synthetic fiber yarns, hemp yarns, glass fiber yarns and the like are embedded. Among these spun yarns 4, cotton yarns are suitable in consideration of heat resistance and alkali resistance. Even when a crack is generated due to elapse of time in the molding board 1 formed in this way, corrosion is not generated and fall-of is prevented. Accordingly, a molding board safe against elapse of time can be obtained at a low cost.
