Abstract:
To provide an extrusion molding device having a screw-type ceramic material supply machine capable of suppressing the occurrence of failure such that a partition wall is not partially formed in a honeycomb molded body when extruding and molding a wet-mixed ceramic material in a honeycomb shape with an extrusion molding machine.SOLUTION: An extrusion molding devices is formed by connecting a ceramic material discharge port of a screw type ceramic material supply machine to a ceramic material input port of an extrusion molding machine for continuously extruding a ceramic material. The screw-type ceramic material supply machine includes a trough-like container including a trough-like member having an U-shaped cross section and a lid member disposed on the trough-like member, and a screw provided rotatably in the trough-like container. At least the upstream side of the lid member is configured to be openable and closable so that the ceramic material can be introduced, and an openable and closable door is provided on a side surface of the trough-like container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
