Abstract:
To provide an extrusion molding device for continuously obtaining a molded body from a wet-blended ceramic material, where the deformation of a barrier such as cell twist is prevented from occurring, and a charged ceramic material can be stably continuously fed to an extrusion machine.SOLUTION: An extrusion molding machine comprises: an extrusion molding machine for continuously extruding a ceramic material comprising water by 15 to 35 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass of ceramic raw material powder; and a screw type ceramic material feed machine for feeding the extrusion molding machine with the ceramic material. The screw type ceramic material feed machine includes a gutter-shaped container consisting of a gutter-shaped member having a U-shaped cross section and a cover member arranged openably/closably at the upper part thereof; and a rotatably provided screw in the gutter-shaped container. The gutter-shaped container has a space at the part upper than the upper edge part of the screw, and, in the cross-section vertical in the axial direction of the screw, the cross-sectional area of the space is 0.2 to 1.5 times the projection area in the axial direction of the screw.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
