Abstract:
To provide an extrusion molding die capable of suppressing the phenomenon that the flow velocity of raw material extruded from the outermost periphery of the extrusion molding die becomes higher than that of raw material extruded from the part other than the outermost periphery.SOLUTION: An extrusion molding die comprises: a cap provided with a first face and a second face; and a pressing frame covering the outer circumference of the first face in the cap. The cap includes: a back hole part in which raw material is introduced from the second face toward the first face; and a slip part connected with the back hole part, and in which the raw material is extruded from the first face. In the cross-sectional shape along the longitudinal direction of the back hole part and the slit part in the extrusion molding die, the outer circumference of the first face in the cap has a chamfer shape, the chamfer shape includes an R chamfer shape in which the center becomes depression in the back hole part, the inner circumference of the pressing frame also has a chamfer shape, and the inner circumference of the pressing frame in the part confronted with the R chamfer shape of the back hole part in the cap has an R chamfer shape in which the center becomes depression.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
