To stabilize the extrusion molding of a tile bonding cement composition by a method wherein a lead-in belt device for traveling tiles within a mold in synchronism with the extrusion molding speed is provided in the mold for extrusion-molding the tile bonding cement composition.
The discharging side 3 of a raw material mortar D is connected to the discharging side end part of an extrusion molder 1, while its other end discharge part is mounted to an extrusion molding die 4, which controls the cross sectional shape of a molding. A driving roller 10 integrated with the die 4 conveys an elastic body bed 9, on which ceramic tiles 8 are arranged, through a plurality of lead-in belts 12 arranged in the cross sectional direction normal to the extrusion direction of the mortar so as to join both the raw material mortar D and the tiles for bonding them together. Further, the rotating speed of the driving roller 10 interlinks with the extrusion molding speed measured with a detecting roller 13. The roller 10 is driven by a motor or the like. The structure of the lead-in belt 12 is incorporated within the molding die.
