To provide an extrusion molding method of a ceramic molded object capable of increasing a molding speed while suppressing the molding failure of the ceramic molded object.
The extrusion molding machine 1 for the ceramic molded object has a mold for molding the ceramic molded object and a screw extruder 3 having an extrusion screw 4, which knead a ceramic material to guide the kneaded ceramic material to a mold, in its barrel 30. The extrusion screw 4 has a screw shaft part 41 being a shaft body and one stripe lead part 42 which has a ridge shape spirally provided to the outer peripheral surface 410 of the screw shaft part 41. When the length in the axial direction of the region where the lead part 42 of the extrusion screw 4 is provided is denoted by screw length L and the outer diameter of the extrusion screw 4 is denoted by a screw diameter D, the screw length L and the screw diameter D satisfy the relation: 13L/D17.
