To prevent a dissipation or the like of a compounding component of a molten resin material in the case of extruding a molten resin material from a die, in the extrusion molding machine having a die mounted at a distal end of a extruder and disposed at a rolling part of a pair of feeding rolls.
The extrusion molding machine comprises the pair of feeding rolls 1 housed in a gas sealing mold 3, a die 2 closely mounted in the mold 3, and metal O-rings 11 respectively provided at rotary shafts J of the rolls 1. Thus, the rolling part 7 of the rolls 1 is enhanced in its sealability. When the molten resin material is extruded from the die 2, a leakage of the air or the like in the part 7 is reduced, and the space of the part 7 becomes a high pressure zone. A molten resin material extruded to the part 7 to become the high pressure zone is disposed in a high pressure holding state, and hence the dissipation or the like of the compounding component in the molten resin material at the part 7 is prevented.
